Domestic Shipping

Starlit Fragrance ships premium Eau De Parfum bottles with secure packaging. Free shipping is not offered by default in India.

• Regular shipping: Rs. 150 flat rate.
• Express shipping: Rs. 1,000 where available.
• Courier partners may include BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, IndiaPost or specialist partners for North East routes.

Orders usually dispatch within 1-2 working days. Delivery generally takes 5-8 working days after dispatch, depending on serviceability and courier conditions.

International Shipping

International orders are handled manually through WhatsApp or email. Bank transfer is used for international payments, and shipping charges are confirmed before dispatch.

Transit Damage Or Incorrect Items

If a parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 7 days with the order number and a clear unboxing video from the sealed package stage.

Returns And Replacements

Retail bottles may be returned only when unopened, unused and factory sealed. Decants, opened packs, special import orders, back-order items and customized orders are not eligible for return unless Starlit confirms an issue.

Refunds or replacements may be approved when the product is unavailable, the delivery location is not serviceable, or a valid damage or incorrect item claim is accepted.
